I’m not a qualified doctor or nutrionist or sports scientist etc., but I’m writing this blog because several people reckoned I should share what knowledge I have and suggested a blog. I’ve never blogged before but I kind of like the idea of informally chronicling my experiences and what I learn. If others get something out of it that’s good, but I’m not bothered if you just think ‘well, what does he know, he doesn’t have any qualifications’ etc. etc. However, all of this is just my thoughts and experiences and may not work for others. I’m not in the business of giving advice, but if people ask my opinion I’m happy to respond as best I can. I’d really like this to be a forum for discussion, so please feel free to comment as you see fit – I believe totally in free speech, however much I may not agree with you.
